E-commerce Manager
Job Description
A premium Italian fashion house is looking for an E-commerce Manager to lead their direct-to-consumer digital strategy. You will manage the online store, drive conversion optimisation and coordinate with marketing, logistics and customer care teams.
This is a key role in the company's digital transformation journey, blending Italian craftsmanship with modern retail technology.
Responsibilities
- Manage the Shopify Plus e-commerce platform end-to-end
- Define and execute conversion rate optimisation (CRO) strategies
- Coordinate product launches, seasonal campaigns and sale events online
- Analyse customer behaviour data and translate insights into action
- Manage relationships with digital marketing agencies for paid acquisition
- Oversee customer experience from browsing to post-purchase
Must-have Requirements
- 3+ years experience managing e-commerce operations (Shopify preferred)
- Strong analytical skills with Google Analytics, Hotjar and A/B testing tools
- Experience managing digital marketing budgets (Google Ads, Meta Ads)
- Understanding of fashion/luxury consumer behaviour
- Fluent Italian and English
Nice-to-have Requirements
- Experience with Klaviyo or similar email marketing automation
- Knowledge of SEO for e-commerce
- Experience with international markets and multi-currency setups
- Understanding of fashion supply chain and drop management
