BIM Coordinator
Job Description
A well-established construction and infrastructure company is looking for a BIM Coordinator to manage Building Information Modeling across major projects in Southern Italy. You will be the bridge between design teams, project managers and construction site operations.
The company is investing heavily in digital construction and BIM adoption across all project phases.
Responsibilities
- Manage and maintain BIM models (Revit, Navisworks) across project lifecycle
- Coordinate clash detection and resolve interdisciplinary conflicts
- Define and enforce BIM Execution Plans (BEP) and standards
- Train project teams on BIM tools and workflows
- Generate 4D/5D simulations for construction scheduling and cost estimation
- Ensure models comply with UNI 11337 and ISO 19650 standards
Must-have Requirements
- Degree in Architecture, Civil Engineering or Building Engineering
- 2+ years experience as BIM Coordinator or BIM Specialist
- Advanced proficiency with Autodesk Revit and Navisworks
- Knowledge of IFC standards and openBIM workflows
- Fluent Italian
Nice-to-have Requirements
- Experience with Dynamo for Revit automation
- Knowledge of GIS integration with BIM
- CDE (Common Data Environment) management experience
- Experience with infrastructure projects (roads, bridges, tunnels)

- Willing to visit construction sites regularly
