By accessing and using the VeryEasy Platform ("Platform"), operated by Aurora — Research in Digital ("we", "us", "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the Platform.

2. Description of Service

VeryEasy is a modular enterprise platform that provides companies with tools for human resource management, recruiting, and other business modules. The Platform also allows individuals to create accounts to apply for job positions published by registered companies.

3. Account Registration

To use certain features, you must create an account with a valid email address and a secure password. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and for all activities under your account. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.

4. User Obligations

You agree to provide accurate and truthful information when registering and using the Platform. You will not use the Platform for any unlawful purpose, to transmit harmful content, or to interfere with the proper functioning of the service.

5. Company Accounts

Companies registering on the Platform are responsible for the accuracy of their business information, job postings, and compliance with applicable employment laws in their jurisdiction. Companies must not publish misleading or discriminatory job listings.

6. Applicant Accounts

Applicants are responsible for the accuracy of their application materials including CVs, documents, and quiz responses. Submitting false information may result in the rejection of applications and suspension of your account.

7. Intellectual Property

All content, design, logos, and software of the Platform are the property of Aurora — Research in Digital. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our written consent.

8. Subscriptions and Plans

Certain features require a paid subscription. Plan details, pricing, and features are described on the Platform. We reserve the right to modify plans and pricing with reasonable notice.

9. Data Processing

We process personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy and applicable data protection regulations including GDPR. By using the Platform, you consent to such processing as described in our Privacy Policy.

10. Limitation of Liability

The Platform is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Platform. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you in the 12 months preceding the claim.

11. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account at any time for violation of these Terms. You may delete your account at any time by contacting support. Upon termination, your right to use the Platform ceases immediately.

12. Modifications

We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated revision date. Continued use of the Platform constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.

13. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Italy. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Milan, Italy.
